About Me

I believe creativity has the power to heal, reconnect, transform, and remind us who we truly are.

My name is Violetta Brandys, and I am an artist, Vedic Art teacher, intuitive art facilitator, and wellbeing advocate passionate about creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through creativity, intuition, and emotional expression.

I believe art is not about perfection.

It is about connection.

Connection to ourselves.
Connection to emotions.
Connection to nature.
Connection to others.
Connection to life itself.

Through everything I create, my intention is simple:

To inspire people to reconnect with themselves, trust their inner voice, and remember that even through life’s challenges, beauty, meaning, and transformation are always possible.

Rooted in Nature

I grew up in the north-east countryside of Poland, surrounded by forests, lakes, silence, changing seasons, open landscapes, and the raw beauty of nature.

Nature became my first teacher.

As a child, I spent most of my time outdoors, observing colours, textures, trees, light, and the quiet wisdom present in the natural world. Those early experiences shaped my sensitivity, imagination, and deep emotional connection to life.

I am also half Polish and half Lithuanian, and the themes of identity, roots, belonging, and connection have always been present in my life. Growing up between cultures gave me a deep sensitivity to emotions, people, and the feeling of searching for home, themes that continue to appear throughout my work today.

Nature continues to inspire my art and the way I live. I often draw inspiration from landscapes, textures, organic forms, and the peaceful rhythm of the natural world. This connection flows naturally into my paintings and the creative spaces I hold for others.

Painting Before I Had Canvas

I have been painting since childhood.

We did not have access to professional art materials, but that never stopped me from creating. I painted on pieces of wood, old furniture, cardboard, and any surface I could find, using whatever paints and materials were available around me.

Looking back, I realise that this lack of resources kept my imagination alive. It taught me how to trust my intuition, experiment freely, and find creative solutions.

As a young girl, I dreamed of one day painting with real oil paints, professional brushes, and large canvases.

That dream came true on my 21th birthday after I moved to Warsaw, when my friends came together and bought me my very first professional set of paints, brushes, and canvases.

It was one of the most emotional moments of my life for the first time, I felt truly seen and supported as an artist.

Art Through Life’s Seasons

My passion for painting stayed alive through every stage of my life, even during the most difficult periods.

There were times when, after long days at work, I would paint late into the night while the world around me was quiet and still.

No matter how tired I felt, creativity always called me back to myself.

Painting became more than a passion. It became grounding, emotional release, and a way of making sense of life.

Early single motherhood was also a deeply transformative part of my journey. During that time, I often found myself asking:

Who am I?
Where am I going?
What kind of life do I want to create, for myself and for my children?

Those questions shaped my personal growth and my artistic voice, teaching me resilience, emotional depth, and the importance of staying connected to my inner truth.

When I Discovered Vedic Art

A profound turning point in both my life and artistic journey came when I discovered Vedic Art.

This experience transformed not only the way I painted, but also the way I understood life itself.

My creativity began blooming in a completely new way.

Through Vedic Art, I realised that the principles of art and the principles of life are deeply connected, rooted in nature, balance, intuition, freedom, and trust.

For the first time, it became truly clear to me that everything is connected.

I understood that creativity is not separate from life. It is a natural expression of who we are.

Vedic Art helped me reconnect with freedom, authenticity, intuition, and presence, not only on canvas, but within myself.

It opened my heart to a deeper understanding of creativity as a path of healing, transformation, self-discovery, and connection.

Art & Wellness

Art & Wellness began as my personal journey and a deep belief in the healing power of creativity.

During difficult times in my life, painting became a space where I could process emotions, reconnect with myself, and simply breathe again.

It was never about creating something perfect.
It was about creating something honest.

Through this journey, I realised that many people grow up believing they are “not creative” or that there is a right and wrong way to create.

But I truly believe:

We are all artists.
We are all creators.

Creativity is a natural part of being human.

I created Art & Wellness to offer something different, a space where creativity is about expression, freedom, connection, and self-discovery.

My work is rooted in intuitive art and creating supportive environments where people feel safe to explore creativity in their own way and at their own pace.

Through Vedic Art, I discovered that creativity is not something we need to learn, it is something we remember. It already exists within us.

This understanding transformed not only my artistic practice, but also the way I guide my sessions today.

I work  intuitively, always responding to each person and each moment with empathy, sensitivity, and presence. Every participant is encouraged to explore their own colours, rhythm, voice, and natural way of expressing themselves.

Very often, I invite people to reconnect with the part of themselves that created freely as a child, before fear, perfectionism, and judgement appeared. A place of curiosity, intuition, freedom, and authenticity.

Through this process, I support people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, emotions, creativity, and true self.

To create something meaningful.
Something personal.
Something true to who they are

Art is not separate from life.
It is a reflection of how deeply we allow ourselves to feel.
