Refund Policy

Classes & Workshops
Bookings are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations by Us
If a session is cancelled by Art & Wellness, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

Late Cancellations / No Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or failure to attend will not be refunded.

Group Bookings
Group bookings may have separate cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.

Commissions
Deposits for commissioned artwork are non-refundable once work has commenced.
