Service Description
What if creating didn’t feel intimidating? What if you could trust yourself and simply begin? Intuitive Painting for Wellbeing is a 5-week guided painting journey designed for those who feel stuck, creatively blocked, or held back by overthinking and are ready to explore, grow, and invite change into their lives. The course starts on 10 October and runs weekly until 7 November, giving you five weeks to explore your creativity, build confidence, and reconnect with your intuition. Instead of focusing on how your artwork should look, you will learn to trust your instincts, follow your own process, and create from within. It’s not about perfection, it’s about showing up, experimenting, and allowing something real and personal to emerge. Over 5 sessions (2 hours each), you will be guided through simple exercises that help you take the first step, move through resistance, and build confidence in your creativity. By taking creative risks on the canvas, you begin to shift your mindset, becoming more open, flexible, and confident not only in art but also in everyday life. The sessions take place in a calm, light-filled studio, offering a peaceful space to explore and create without judgement. No experience is needed, just openness and curiosity. What’s included: • Guided exercises focused on intuitive and expressive painting • Support in moving through creative blocks • A calm and encouraging studio environment • All materials provided • Small group for individual attention What you will gain: • Confidence to create without overthinking • Tools to move through creative blocks and take the first step • A stronger connection to your intuition and inner voice • The ability to take creative risks and trust yourself • A more open, flexible, and creative mindset • A sense of personal growth that extends beyond the canvas What you will create Throughout the course, you will create a series of expressive, intuitive paintings that reflect your inner landscape.
